Not sure what you are saying.
But let me know if this is your perspective, please.

Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, this person is a new creation;
the old things passed away; behold, new things have come.

2 Corinthians 5:17
We are a new creation... created with a new spiritual function, unlike the Jews who were under the Law.

In the Gospels, Jesus was teaching Jews.
Teaching Jews as a perfect Rabbi.

Now. The following is for the Church concerning the Law .

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

Galatians 5:18

We are a new creation in Christ... created with a new function, unlike the disciples in the Gospels who were still under the Law.

Jesus was teaching Jews in the Gospels.
Not the church.
Teaching Jews under the Law, as a perfect Rabbi.

We need to be able to make that distinction, or end up dogmatically confused.
My Perception is The Law in Tithes & Offerings is Spiritual.
And because it is Spiritual, then everybody could follow the law.

Yes, the New Creation are only the one who can fulfill the Spiritual Law in Tithes & Offerings.
It is because our Lord Jesus Christ teach it only to the New Creation. In the New Testament, they are the Apostles & Disciples.
MARK 4:34
34 But without a parable spake he not unto them: and when they were alone, he expounded all things to his disciples.

Jesus never explained the Spiritual Things to the Jews.

Since the Apostles & Disciples of Christ were just the New Creation. The Holy Ghost lived to them but not to the Jews.
ACTS 2:1-4
2 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.
2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting.
3 And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire, and it sat upon each of them.
4 And they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Because The Holy Ghost stayed with them, they start speaking Spiritual Things.

I'm searching for the Truth.
And I ask Our Lord Jesus Christ to reveal it
When I have it I share it.
But I'm not worthy to correct anyone.

Because No One on earth could make a correction to anyone (let me emphasize that I'm referring to God and his words only)
REVELATION 5:1-4
5 And I saw in the right hand of him that sat on the throne a book written within and on the backside, sealed with seven seals.
2 And I saw a strong angel proclaiming with a loud voice, Who is worthy to open the book, and to loose the seals thereof?
3 And no man in heaven, nor in earth, neither under the earth, was able to open the book, neither to look thereon.
4 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon.

I'm sorry if I don't accept your correction it is because I rely on what God said in his words.
Let me emphasize again, I'm referring to God and his words about this Truth.
JEREMIAH 17:5
5 Thus saith the Lord; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the Lord.
You need a good teacher.
You're living in a typical way of thinking of young believers.

Pray in Jesus name that God gives you a pastor teacher who can teach sound doctrine.
98% of the teachers out there are weak in understanding and will appeal to your emotions with a fine sounding (but false) argument.

I do not know if this pastor's approach will be right for your liking, but he is one excellent teacher.
He was retired military, so he won't be sweet and gentle like some demand having.

His ministry will not ask for money.
But if it is in-depth teaching you are looking for?
Pastors have used him for their study material.

It is some of the very best teachings I have found in my 45 years of study.

Give it a shot?

Yes, I need a good teacher and there is no one else on earth a good teacher.
ROMANS 3:10-12
10 As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:
11 There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God.
12 They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one.

Because there is only One Good Teacher that is God the Father.
And all of us are just a student or pupils of Christ.
MATTHEW 23:8-9
8 But be not ye called Rabbi: for one is your Master, even Christ; and all ye are brethren.
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.

You are being stubborn.
God gave us teachers.

You are trying to be your own teacher.
God gave us teachers that HE Chooses to snap us out of our own opinions that we justify with our own thinking - while using Scripture in a distorted way!

I have bumped into your kind before.
If you are a baby Christian, it can be understandable what you are trying to do.

But if you have been saved for a while?
Then you need to be corrected by a good teacher.
We all need correction in order to mature.

There is always someone who thinks it is "me and the Holy Spirit" is all they need.
But? God gave us who have the Holy Spirit, "teachers."

All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting
and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly
equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:16-17
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers,
Ephesians 4:11

Now, this is what he have been doing.

There is a way that seems right to a man, but its end is the way to death.
Proverbs 14:12

You are not the only one with the Holy Spirit, sir!
But you speak to us as if you were!

I will leave you with this much.
Maybe God will break through with you before it is too late.

Proverbs 12:1

Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge,
but whoever hates correction is stupid.

Correct yourself?

Here's the problem: some of what you share is NOT truth. Somehow you've been mislead into thinking certain things are true which are demonstrably false. If you have integrity, you will go back to the Lord and ask further. If you are stubborn, you will persist in your error.

We are not under the Law of Moses. But there are principles born of God's nature that we can learn from.

1) We learn that God wants to have laborers support ministers who do not have time to labor for their needs.
2) We learn that God has authority to interfere with our own material production.
3) We learn that God prioritizes service to Him over our own material well-being.
4) We learn that God's "portion" is much smaller than our own portion. It is *not* a "tenth" of our gross pay! Rather, it was a "tenth" of net produce in agriculture, or farming. I don't think it had anything to do with monetary income.

Under the NT covenant we are similarly to provide means to leaders in the church who do not have time to labor for their own sustenance. But the giving should come from those who have much, though God will honor those who give with little, as well. We can use money from our jobs to provide this means of sustenance.

We are also to give, if we can, to support our own families, as well as fellow Christians who are faithful to the church and need help due to exceptional circumstances. This is not a welfare system or a food bank.

Rather, this is extending a helping hand on irregular occasions when it is needed and help is available. And it is primarily to fellow believers, since quite often unbelievers trod underfoot the precious things of God, including our money and our hard work.
So, what you appear to be saying is that the masses of professing believers are to remain as sheeple rather than to aspire to the level of those "leaders," or even surpassing them as becoming taller and more mature spiritual giants? Yes, those who choose to sit under them perpetually should support them, but when will those people ever aspire to greater heights...if ever? Churchianity is that which is designed to keep their audiences from aspiring to greater heights of functional service to the Lord apart from the perceived authority of those leaders who are only over the business model of that man-made institution rather than necessarily elders of biblical stature.

This practice of trying to spiritualize a codified system of man-made religion as allegedly being God-breathed rather than recognizing it for its man-made foundations, that's willful blindness.

My recommendation to the mere audience of sheeple always being instructed to remain the fleeced rather than to serve at the same level or even greater than those alleged "leaders," GROW UP! Learn to fly rather than flapping across the ground at running speed. Flying allows one to reach the lofty heights and soar at speeds far in excess of flapping about on the ground level.

This will touch some, but most will remain bleating sheeple who prefer fading into the woodwork of the four walls of their dead mausoleums they call their "church" rather than to aspire to greater heights. The hirelings will gladly remain to scrape in your hard earned cash from those who never rise up above the level of mere "laymen."
