Galatians 4:29 But as then he that was born after the flesh persecuted him that was born after the Spirit, even so it is now.

John 5:24) Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.
26 .) For as the Father hath life in himself; so hath he given to the Son to have life in himself;
27 .) And hath given him authority to execute judgment also, because he is the Son of man.
28 .) Marvel not at this: for the hour is coming, in the which all that are in the graves shall hear his voice,
29 .) And shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.

It has happened new life in the Spirit has and is given from God the Father of Christ through Christ. we all are here today after the time that he spoke was coming; it has come!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is risen, so let us be as well only in the Spirit for now, more to be added later, yet for now we havve been given sufficiency in relying on Father through Son

Be Still & know that I am God.
The our Father prayer
it's wonderful to be able to call God 'Father'; we need to be sure He is. We can call Him Father if we are born again (John 3) and savingly believe in His Son the Lord Jesus, Who died at the Cross for sinners.

(I love Psalm 46 also.)

Philippians 4

[SUP]8 [/SUP]Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. [SUP]9 [/SUP]Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

And in that above verse not of self either, but by Faith in the finished work of Christ for me and all at the cross; first the death then the resurrection for us to be alive in Spirit reckoning by the death first we are as well dead to flesh, and thus alive to God in Spirit and truth
Thanks to all God just loves us all

Psalm 55:22

Cast thy burden upon the Lord, and He shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Yes, being burdened in prayer before the Lord and casting the burden upon Him is a very blessed exercise, in His presence.

I love the Psalms.

Blessings.

Malachi 3
[SUP]16 [/SUP]Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. [SUP]17 [/SUP]And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. [SUP]18 [/SUP]Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Proverbs 3:5

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding.

I love this verse, and need to read it daily.

1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.

First John is such a searching Epistle. Blessings.
Yes it is, and an eye opener if understood in context and the understanding is onloy revealed by God to us, seeing what John saw, and the corrections he made:
Such as many do not understand why it was written, to who and why?
What was the problem, Just read 1 John 1:1 on and see the problem was there were people that when they heard about all flesh is evil, that constituted, then that Christ did not come in the flesh, they are known as Gnostic today. Know with the correct understanding why this was written we see further down the road in truth, if God permits?

1 John 2:12 I write unto you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.

since it states sins are forgiven, how did we get a philosophy of getting them forgiven over again and again, and again if we sin again? where does it ever say to do this over and over again after Christ died for us? Not before After?
Inquiring minds want to know? Where after the cross anywhere has or does any disciple say to ask for moire forgiveness after the reception of being forgiven by Christ at the cross?
1 John 1:9 does not say to do this over and over it says to admit, believe Christ came in the flesh and that we are born to sin. now receive God forgave us through Son, it is finished we are forgiven
Been looking for anywhere that it states we are to ask for forgiveness after the cross. I see it all, over the place before the cross, in
Matt, Mark, Luke and John, but not found yet after anyone?
So to me so far it is safe for me to conclude That I am forgiven as well as:
1 John 2:2 and he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
