God always keeps his word but what did they choose ? did they break his covenant and defile everything he gave them ? Did they spend generetions worshipping false gods and rejecting him ? And so those promises he made then are all true as well
“I have spread out my hands all the day unto a rebellious people, which walketh in a way that was not good, after their own thoughts; a people that provoketh me to anger continually to my face; that sacrificeth in gardens, and burneth incense upon altars of brick;
Behold, it is written before me: I will not keep silence, but will recompense, even recompense into their bosom, your iniquities, and the iniquities of your fathers together, saith the LORD, which have burned incense upon the mountains, and blasphemed me upon the hills: therefore will I measure their former work into their bosom.
And I will bring forth a seed out of Jacob, and out of Judah an inheritor of my mountains: ( Jesus ) and mine elect shall inherit it, and my servants shall dwell there.
But ye are they that forsake the LORD, that forget my holy mountain, that prepare a table for that troop, and that furnish the drink offering unto that number. Therefore will I number you to the sword, and ye shall all bow down to the slaughter: because when I called, ye did not answer; when I spake, ye did not hear; but did evil before mine eyes, and did choose that wherein I delighted not.

all it meant was that israel became like the gentiles and so now God gave mercy to all people and included isreel and gentiles n as one people based not on our flesh and blood whyher born an Israelite or gentile but in Jesus flesh and blood that was given for us all
God doesn’t hate israelite people nor is he more angry with them than anyone else we’re all the same now all sinners needing redemption they aren’t seperwte and special because they are born of israelite flesh that means nothing now only accepting Christ whether Jew or gentile is the way now the Jewish law was broken and the curses he promised them have come
now they have Christ thier messiah and the gospel the new covenant just like gentiles people are just people to God flesh doesn’t mean a thing could be born Asian Pacific Islander or israelite of two Jews and that’s not going to matter in any way now to God what matters is our hearts and belief in Jesus the elect of God

"we just killed, (put an end to or cause the failure or defeat of (something). we just assassinated (murder (an important person) in a surprise attack for political or religious reasons.). The reasons its good and were so happy they are dead is well they wanted to wipe Israel of the face of the map. What about all the others that want the same thing? I guess we need someone to tell us "nuke only days away". For so many years Iran was years away, year away, months away yet no one did anything. So when Israel kills destroys some rejoice because Israel killed the enemy and GOD was with Him and helped them do it AKA OT days. Israel has ever right yes amen to defend its self yet GOD is with them and helped them and seems ok that they rejected Christ but. all other nations can also? So when we look out over this world at all the other nations are we looking at them from a human point of view? Well today some still see regard Christ as a man a Jewish man.

What I call a bible illiterate. They can read the words, but don't understand the words they read. He acts like God didn't fulfill his promise to Abraham that he would make of him a great nation. What do they think Israel was under David and Solomon that ruled the land from the Euphrates River to the Nile River in Egypt. It's a weird type of unbelief that transfers all bible prophecy to today.
How do you know that there are no pure Jews? They have kept to themselves pretty much for 2,000 years. Yes, some have left and some have mixed marriages. Do you not know that God permitted non-Israelites to dwell in the land as if they were born of Israelite lineage? Rahab the harlot was an ancestor of Jesus. She was not a Jewess. So you could say that Jesus was not a pure Jew either.
Correct me if I'm wrong but back in the day and to this day there are multiple sect of jews.
There traditions different from temple jews.
I believe the text reveals that there worship was different than those of the temple jews and therefore they were looked down upon.
Jesus was considered a Galileo jew which certain traditions were frowned upon by the temple jews. ...hence the saying...could anything good come out of Nazareth?
