We know God’s intentional will is for every person to feel His love and be helped but His permissive will allows that not to happen. However we also know His punishment is just.
What punishment do you mean?

Sometimes people reap what they sow in this life but I mainly meant that which is experienced when atheists are resurrected. Hitler’s hell will be much worse than that of a Jew whose main sin was rejecting Jesus as Messiah, for example, although in principle the main Sin includes all sins.

To be honest my prayers well..... I just don't ever feel like they matter. I can pray for someone and nothing ever comes of it and I want to be able to pray for others but the only times my prayers get answered are my personal prayers for myself. I want to be able to pray for people to recieve healing or to be given life or for them to just feel his love but nothing ever happens
You don't know for sure that nothing ever happens when u pray for someone else , unless they specifically tell u or u specifically ask them . Also , the fact that u pray for others welfare is an indication of your own heart and I imagine it is pleasing to God that u do that , even if He doesn't grant your request for His own righteous reasons . Never stop praying for others , always wait patiently for the answer . So many times my prayers have been answered days , weeks , months later and remember , u don't always c that they have been answered especially when u pray for others but , that doesn't mean that they weren't .

I even pray just for them to have peace but every single one of them continue to suffer I mean seriously I have prayed for about 16 people on there in the past week and all of them continue to suffer in their struggles and then when I lost that one to suicide that was the final blow to me
U only waited a week ! Come on now ! Have u never thought that suffering , any and all our sufferings , r lessons we need to learn ? Even Jesus learned obedience through his suffering so why should it b different for anyone else ? Sometimes we need a hard lesson , hard lessons stay in our memories so we don't forget them and keep making the same mistakes . Do u think that u r kinder than God is ? Do u think that u know better than He does ? No , i know u don't think like that . An elderly sister once told me : if u have a problem , give it to God and once u have done that , u have to forget about it . Don't try to take it back off of Him once u have given it to Him . I've learned over the years that she was right . Give it to God then u have to let it go . Pray for Him to give u a strong but sift heart . String enough to bear the pains of this life but sift enough to understand the sufferings of others and to pray for them but , don't take on others burdens or u might neglect your own spiritual welfare . U cannot save anyone , not even yourself . Give it to God and then have done patience! One week indeed ! Some problems take a lifetime to b resolved , but we must take comfort and courage in the knowledge that God sees all , we don't but He does ! Trust in Him to know what's best for everyone .

This is a common question even amongst believers, many prayers either go unanswered or the answer is wait or no according to many but I haven't seen this in scripture anywhere. Jesus said “Ask and it will be given to you; seek and you will find; knock and the door will be opened to you.” (Matthew 7:7) “Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours.” (Mark 11:24)
Nowhere does it say the answer is no or wait So why then do most prayers go unanswered?
Blain , I have something very serious to say to u and , it comes from my heart and my own personal experience . I don't know how old u r physically and I don't know how long u have known the Truth . Please consider what I'm about to try to explain to u , as best I can , very seriously .
As a Christian , u r not of this world and yes , God loves all flesh , all of His creation . But we r different , we have a very special relationship with God . Atheists and idolators r not tested by this world . We r . Our entire physical lives r a test of our faith . We must MUST lear to walk by faith and not by the sight of our eyes . What is the sight of our eyes ? These kingdoms of men and all the evils and suffering in them . Our adversary wants us to loose faith in God . This is his mission , his pleasure and his joy . What is the easiest and most effective way he can do that ? Through the sight of our eyes . We believe what we can c . We r affected emotionally by what we can c . Our adversary pays us special attention , we r marked by him for destruction .
Like u so obviously r , I'm a very sensitive person . Sensitive to the suffering of others , people and animals . We r a real prize ! Our adversary wants us so bad ! He uses the pain and suffering that is all around us in these kingdoms of men , that which he knows upsets us , to make us loose faith in God . God and His kindness , His power , His righteousness .
Remember when Jesus wept ? Was he weeping over Lazarus's death ? I don't believe so . I believe that he wept at the sorrow of his friends because Lazarus had died . Lazarus was not suffering , his friends and family were , that is what moved Jesus to tears , the emotional suffering of others .
Suffering , our own and that of others , is a deeply painful thing , this pain can cut deep into our faith if we r not careful . We must accept God's Sovereignty , His Righteousness and , our own suffering and the suffering of others , as part of physical life in these kingdoms of men . Yes ! We can and should pray to God for ourselves and others , we have that privileged through Christ our Sinless High Priest in Heaven and God wants us to . But if we do that we must b patient for and accepting of , the result of our prayers . I am tested every day by the sight of my eyes and I know I'm not the only one . The enemy walks among us as a devouring lion , seeking the weak among us . We must pray that God will give us the strength and determination to stick with Him no matter what our eyes c and our ears hear . U r being tested Blain , don't let the enemy take your most precious gift , cling tighter to your God and TRUST HIM ! Much love to my sensitive brother in Christ .

As someone who has been filled with the Holy Spirit of God with the evidence mentioned in the New Testament I know God hears me [(but more so He already knows what I am going to pray about before I ever do and it's merely just a matter of when I do pray)].

I also understand from the example of Daniel who prayed and would have been answered immediately but Gabriel was held by Satan 21 days before Michael came and set him free to go to Daniel and give him the answer to his prayers that my answers to prayers can be delayed.

Therefore when I pray I just believe it will happen. It will happen on God's timing. It will happen whenever I truly need for it to happen.

But I also have began to become cautious of something. This actually is quite funny but also alarming. But in past times whenever loved ones were well aged or severely sick I would pray for healing. And then I witnessed one after the other die. I went to God and asked Him saying I prayed for healing and they died. Why didn't You heal them? God assured me that He heard me and answered my prayers, they were healed. So now in that situation I have been known to pray for healing but will say to God can they be healed without dying?

I have no doubt my prayers are heard immediately by God. I just have no idea when God believes it is best to answer them. But He will answer them. That much I do positively know.

yes that makes sense thank you. I wish I was filled with the holy ghost like in the new testament but I believe that requires laying of hands and I have yet to recieve that

All I know is that she needed help and has slowly been wanting to come to Christ
The thing is she believes it is to late for her believing she has done to much wrong to be saved.
Did Jesus not eat and drink with sinners? did he not come for the lost? am I to not try to lead her to Christ because she is a witch?
Let's look at this
from a practical standpoint.

Jesus knows everything.
Her salvation
If she has one with God
Will never be depen

How to pray?

Don't ask God
To do anything
That you ask of him
unless you know
he's going to
do as you asked
of him. Don't ask God to
give you what you ask of him unless
you know he's going to give you what you
asked of him.

Depen? what do you mean?
Her salvation
Your salvation
My salvation

It's never dependent
upon anything
But God

In other words
Whether you pray for her
Or you don't pray for her
Or you try to tell her about Jesus
Or you don't tell her about Jesus
None of that
One way or the other
Dictates
Whether she's going to
Ever obtain
The salvation of God.

God dictates it.

So having said that
I'm saying
That if God wants her
To have his salvation
She will receive it.
No matter what
Whatsoever
No exceptions.

God desires that all come to salvation but they have to make the choice to surrender to him and if I can be used to lead her to that point then that is what I will do even if all I can do is pray for her.
I believe God uses us to lead others to Christ otherwise what is the point in preaching the good news?

Well there you go
Disregard what I said then
And continue doing what you're doing.

Thank you Blain but no , I am not at all wise . I'm old ish and I've experienced a lot of life . I've been reading the Bible every day for just over 30 years , so some of it has gone in 😜 . When we read the Bible , I think it helps to c ourselves in all those characters , c our own human nature and apply the lives of those people in it to our own lives . They r not just names in a book , they r real human beings , just like us . I have no wisdom of my own I can promise u that , I've made and will no doubt continue to make , plenty of mistakes . That's what being human is about , making mistakes and learning from them . The Bible is full of people who made mistakes and we have the opportunity to learn from theirs as well as our own . Faith is the key , we MUST have faith in God and His righteousness .

I have made so many mistakes as well but that we learn from those mistake and wisdom comes from age and mistakes. And often times those who are wise have no idea that they are but who among us would even admit that we are wise? wisdom comes from experience but humbleness comes from a pure heart and both of those comes from the spirit.

You know the thing I have noticed in my prayers is that there have been only a couple times when I felt the spirit in my prayers and that was when it was an intersession kind of prayer. it weas a feeling I had inside an intense one I knew someone somewhere was in great distress sad lonely and about to do something bad and I spoke to God to go them except it was almost like the words I spoke weren't mine and in my minds eye I saw feathers falling as if an angel rushed over to them so quickly their feathers fell off their wings.
