Hi, kaylagrl.

Due to the nature of my business, I regularly work with this nation's military veterans at different VA Hospitals. A few weeks ago, while working at a VA Hospital in Pennsylvania, I was forced to work in an area which was only a few feet away from a programmable electric piano which continually looped and played the same exact songs. I was literally force fed a loop of only 4 songs for 8 straight hours and the 4 songs were the following:

O Christmas tree
We wish you a Merry Christmas
Deck the Halls
White Christmas

For me, it was like the Chinese water torture. Aside from the fact that what I endured was basically a brainwashing assault upon my own mind, I literally had to "cast down" those songs AFTER I left that facility as they were being replayed in my mind as I was seeking to do such things as PRAY and MEDITATE UPON GOD'S WORD.

Anyhow, I'm very careful about what I listen to because there is a Spirit of Christ and there also is a "spirit of this world". Personally, I choose and embrace the former (Christ) and totally shun the latter (world) when possible.

You are entitled to your feelings and opinions of course.Im not sure how these songs could be considered brainwashing.

White Christmas talking about old times~ treetops glisten and children listen to hear sleigh bells in the snow

We Wish You a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year? How lovely are your branches? I sure dont see how that could brainwash a Christian.Could you explain further?
