Moses prayer for the people offends you? Calling on the name of the Lord offends you.
Maybe if it's in the Hebrew tongue does that offend you?
Is that why you posted it to me?
What would offend me or God more for that matter is if they were dancing with a snake. Or laughing uncontrollably and shaking violently.

Didn't Jesus say....my house is a house of prayer?
I have much more to say on the matter if your really interested in understanding rather than criticizing.

Is God a liar?
Deu 4:30 When thou art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon thee, even in the latter days, if thou turn to the LORD thy God, and shalt be obedient unto his voice;
Deu 4:31 (For the LORD thy God is a merciful God
he will not forsake thee, neither destroy thee, nor forget the covenant of thy fathers which he sware unto them.

OK let's back it up a moment......he will not forsake........Key and to my point.......when?......in the last days. Recalling the promises made to their father's.
The church does not replace Israel....my point.
God has not abandoned Israel....to the point.
God made covenants with Israel...not gentiles...to the point.
The sad part of all of this is both Christianity and judisim both have remnants. We as Christians just say....they were never saved anyways.
The only way to salvation is found in Christ Jesus alone......for he is the only one worthy .
So we must conclude that in the end salvation has come to the jews how ever great that number is.
