After reading some of and watching your prolific posting, I thought you'd have the answer. The mysterious "they".

The US used to be a democracy with a very healthy middlle class and a reasonable gap between rich and poor. But that gap has widened to the grand canyon. We used to be #1 in education but they have made a concerted effort since the Great depression to destroy the Public school. If you are in the inner city the public school ranks among the very worst schools in the world, especially when considering the return on investment. I believe this has been intentional. The richest 1% wants to destroy the middle class by taxing them to oblivion as they have to pay for entitlements for the poor which grow every year. The CIA has aided in importing cocaine and drugs into this country to destroy the poor. I think there is a pile of evidence concerning the richest 1% trying to destroy the middle class in the US so that they can have an oligarchy.

The richest 1% in a general sense without naming anyone specifically. There are only two possible ways to understand the policies that have led to this, either people who have made and passed these policies are incredibly foolish, to the point of being unbelievable, or else those with money and power have influenced policy with the specific design of bankrupting middle class taxpayers and putting as many low income people into poverty as possible. The only ones who would benefit from such policies are the 1%.

Are you talking about Tom Cruise, oops that was "show me the money". Follow the money was Deep throat, the CIA guy who sold the frame up of Nixon. Kind of like Hansel leaving bread crumbs as clues to lead all the way to the Whitehouse.
