When I am deep in the Valley and I have felt most alone while everything seems to be a struggle I am so focused on God and trying to learn what this specific trial means. So many times I have learned going through the trial that how much I seem to struggle it coincides with how big the Blessing is when I through God overcome the difficult period will experience. And it seems like when I sense the trial has passed because I am beginning to enjoy the Blessing I relax for a moment. It's typically when I relax that the Adversary makes an attempt to trip me up.

When you believe that your post will result in an answer.

What do I mean by that? Well if you believe that you are vulnerable then you have already convinced yourself of such and therefore look for the effects. If you believe that you are protected then you are and all will be well.

Your post is biased in that it expects a vulnerability. A vulnerability means easy to harm or attack. If you are born again, you have the Holy Spirit residing in you, you are a temple of God.

Is God vulnerable or unable to protect who are His? Absolutely not!

You are to live by faith. If you live by faith then you trust in the Lord, if you trust in the Lord then what can possibly be against you?

You are told to resist the devil and he will flee. Why? Because you simply need to do nothing. Nada. Zilch. Just wait. Because he is completely powerless over Children of God.

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.

I can understand this very well as I am currently going through a very hard time in my life and the enemy loves to steal my hope and joy as much as he can but I also have learned from this trial and have had times where I have been blessed in the midst of it

There are times when we go through such trials and in the trial it is difficult to see any light at the end of the tunnel just a never ending tunnel of darkness but just finding small moments of joy throughout the journey helps to substain us in our faith

For me , I'm at my most vulnerable ( meaning weakest and most likely to sin ) when I'm very happy and everything is going great . That's when I start to focus more on the things of this life and world , and less on my relationship with God and Jesus and the Kingdom to come . When things r not going great for whatever reason , I run straight to God .
