So I want to edify my meal plan. Eating before 100% hungry will make you fat. Eating over 80% to get full will make you over eat.

So the meal plan is wait until fully hungry before eating again. This can be 6-8 hours. Do what the Japanese say, 8/10 is full. Which is eat until 80% full, then stop. Because the body lags behind when you eat. At 80% you really are 100%.

What I think happens, is you eat before your fully hungry. The body is taking in to many calories. Your body still has the calories you ate. But if you go ahead and eat before fully hungry, you are just adding into the fat stores.

They didn't start eating 3 meals per day until they started having to work at the factories. All that manual labor caused them to use up more energy than before. This makes them fully hungry sooner because they are using up the energy they have. They needed more meals per day for this reason.

To properly regulate your eating and calories, you wait until fully hungry. Which can be different for everyone because of the work they do. And not to over eat, stop at 80%.

I will be doing this thing. Right now it looks like 6.5 hours after my last meal. Hungry but I think I am not fully hungry yet.

People didn't use to eat according to a schedule. They ate when they got hungry enough. The factory owners made people start doing things by a schedule. Which is new, not old.

Maybe research on insulin resistance? If you can get your insulin levels down and maintain them lower, calories out will go way up, and then you don't have to watch so much what you eat? (Not medical advice, but something I'm starting to look into).
guy is 400 lbs, probably diabetic and highly insulin resistant. Like I keep saying, write down everything you eat and track the calories and macros. that's the only thing that works, by seeing everything in your face, it rewires the reward system in your brain in the context of a goal.
