Of course it matters! The devil wants to destroy God's chosen people as much as any Christian.
No, it doesn't matter as long as they're obedient.
Psalm 23:4-5
4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
It only matters to pretenders because they have no protection from the Almighty.
You're both right and wrong here. The covenant made with Abraham was unconditional and everlasting. Other covenants were conditional. That's why they lost use of the land. But they never lost the deed because God made that covenant with Israel.
You're avoiding the issue. When Israel was disobedient & unfaithful, they lost use of the land.
When a portion was faithful and obedient, that portion was allowed to return to the land.
When they rejected the Messiah, they lost use of the land.
........Why are they there
now, when they haven't returned to obedience and faithfulness to the Almighty by accepting His Son?
No, 1948 is God's prophetic time clock. God said He would bring the Jews back from where He scattered them into their own land never to be uprooted again. Plain as the nose on your face.
When Israel was disobedient & unfaithful, they lost use of the land.
When a portion was faithful and obedient, "God brought them back."
When they rejected the Messiah, they lost use of the land.
........Why are they there yet, when they haven't accepted His Son?
But they will. God says so in Romans 11.
"Will". Ok, then you concede the future clause.
Do they have those benefits
now? We're going to keep coming back to this.
No, we're taking God at His Word. You should try it
You sure? You seem to struggle with your favorite passage on the matter. I mean, it's right there in Romans 11. What does "if" mean? We learn what the word means in elementary school.
